All payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Domains purchased through BGS can be transferred upon request.
Website data, design files, or backups are not included in domain transfer. Separate charges apply for data or full website transfer.
Once transferred, BGS is not responsible for any technical, functional, or operational issues.
Websites hosted on our servers are maintained with care; however, BGS will not be responsible for data loss, downtime, or harm caused by server issues, cyberattacks, or third-party failures.
Clients are advised to maintain their own regular backups for safety.
If a client does not respond or provide required materials for 30 days or more, the project will be treated as inactive and cancelled.
No refund or service reinstatement will apply once the project becomes inactive.
Project timelines depend on timely client responses and content submission.
Minor text or image updates are included during the project period; major changes will be charged separately.
Delays caused by client inaction may extend the delivery timeline.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the completed website’s design and content.
Source code, templates, or development frameworks remain the intellectual property of Business Growing Solution, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
BGS may use trusted third-party tools such as hosting, plugins, or APIs.
We are not liable for downtime, technical errors, or data loss caused by these third-party services.
Any information or material shared by the client will be treated as confidential and used only for project purposes.
BGS will not share client information with any third party without written consent, except when required by law.
BGS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service without prior notice in case of:
Non-payment or delayed payment
Violation of these terms
Misuse of hosting resources or unethical behavior toward company staff
Business Growing Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, website downtime, data loss, or third-party failures.
The total liability of BGS, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
BGS will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in providing services due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, server failures, technical malfunctions, or government restrictions.
Business Growing Solution reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be published on our website, and continued use of services will imply acceptance.
All disputes or legal matters will be governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the courts of Delhi.
